“I enjoy the warm welcome I receive at my yoga class from the attendees and especially Jules.  Her classes cater for all abilities.  Over the past few months I have noticed my flexibility improve and I look forward to having my ‘me’ time on a Friday morning.”  Helen

“At 62, I felt as though I was ‘seizing’ up and needed to do some exercise, but with a new knee it had to be gentle and not too strenuous.  Hatha yoga was the answer.  I’ve been attending Julie’s classes since January and apart from feeling fitter and more supple, I am also a more relaxed person as relaxation and breathing are a very important part of yoga.  I would encourage anyone of any age and level of fitness to give it a try AND you don’t need to wear lycra!!!”   Melanie

“Yoga with Julie on a Friday morning is the most relaxing hour and a half of my week and I really look forward to it.”  Gill
